Problem: Walking Through a Strategic Plan
The purpose of this problem is for you to visually look at an organization's strategic plan, any organization. Search the internet for a healthcare organization's strategic plan. Write a two-page analysis of it. These can be narrative and bullet point statements. Does it contain all of the components discussed? Did the organization involve its key stakeholders in the plan's development?
Read the executive summary of the plan, based on the information outlined, what would you say are the strengths and weaknesses of the plan?
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
