Transformational leaders possess good vision, rhetorical, and impression management skills and use them to develop strong emotional bonds with followers. Moreover, transformational leaders are believed to be more successful at driving organizational change transactional leaders were believed to motivate followers by setting goals and promising rewards for desired performance.
