If the bacteria on your food item have a doubling time of 20 minutes at 10C. After testing the food you know there are 50 cfu/g of bacteria on the food before it was stored. The item was left out at room temperature last night, the room temperature was approx 20C. What would you expect the bacterial count to be after 60 min @ 15C.
