If you were the CEO of a company, what would you do to your compensation and benefits plan to make it effective in aligning employee behavior and performance with the needs of the enterprise? Additionally, read the article in the "Readings and Resources" section above on performance evaluation and share your views - pro and con - on eliminating such reviews.
Discussion 2: Teams
Reflect on a team of which you have been a part or a team with which you are familiar (excluding your current course team). If you cannot think of one, research one on the Internet. What factors have gone into making this team either a success or dysfunctional? How could the team be improved?
