Problem
Your supervisor hires a new employee that is not in any way qualified for her new roles. She is a positive outgoing young woman who is positive, and he seems to give her a great deal of his time on his calendrer. Time goes by and it becomes obvious she is good at administrative skills but has known knowledge in the field of the office.
No one outside your office knows about this situation. What would you do if anything and why?
