a) Among all the forms of contracting described, determine which one you believe would benefit the small-business owner the most. Apply this to a small business in your community.
b) What would you consider to be the advantages and disadvantages of fixed price contracts and cost reimbursement contracts for both the contractor and the government purchasing agency? Use the same business you chose in the first part of this discussion.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
