If you were a detective and had to interview a child kidnapper who knew where the child was, what steps would you take to interview him after reading Chapter? What consideration would you bring to the legal process (Miranda Rights)? Is there a specific way to conduct the interview, and what type of questions would you ask? Explain your answer.
