Analyze the CONNECTIONS, CONTRADICTIONS, and DIVERGENCIES between the "Visual Essay: SOCIAL AND POLITICAL EVENTS" and "Visual Essay: ARTS AND CULTURE" in Okwi Enwezor, Katy Siegel, and Ulrich Wilmes Eds.
