Problem
The BC government has introduced a vaccine passport, requiring proof of vaccination for non - essential services (such as e.g. gyms, restaurants). The passport is intended to be in place initially for 4 months approximately. For those who wish to challenge the validity of the passport, could they use the Constitution as a basis of that challenge? What would the BC government argue in response?
