Sustainability: You should set up a project that will continue after you are gone; you need to show your funders that you are a smart investment and that they are investing in a project that will continue to help people in the future, even after the initial funding is over. For example, sustainability activities could include training local stakeholders, implementing a continued source of funding, forming a collaboration with local groups, etc.
Evaluation: You will also need to include a way to evaluate if you are completing your objectives and goals. This section could include specific ways you might conduct surveys of your population, gather data for an annual report, etc. Ways in which you could make sure the project will continue to work after you are gone: Ways you could evaluate the project to make sure it is reaching your long-term goals and short-term objectives
