Discussion Post: Obstetric Nursing

Showing a journey through the history and evolution of obstetric nursing since the emergence of the human species and the care of women in childbirth, allowed us to recognize the value of midwives or midwives in providing care.
You must answer the following questions:
• What would be the contribution of nursing in the history of gynecology and obstetrics in Puerto Rico and your opinion as a future health professional? You must include their opinion with their relation to the contribution made by MIDWIFE nurses (midwives) And look for how the health organization declared the year 2020 to nurses in general and midwives.
