What would be the best business organization to adopt for 3 college graduates who wants to manufacture frozen drink machines for home use throughout the Southeast?
One of the graduate came up with an idea that could psossibly make them very rich. Since all 3 have little to no experience which would be more profitable for all three an LLC, LP or LLP. Combine of the 3 students you have a born salesperson, one that just want to invest her inheritance and 1 that is a natural born leader. This is a question for a business law class.Can someome please assist with this questions? All thoughts and ideas will be greatly appreciated...=)
