Problem
If my classmate discussed this in my discussion I learned long ago that you never know if someone who can hear your conversation knows the person you are discussing. You may not be gossiping or saying anything wrong, but think of the damage it could do if you were. This doesn't have anything to do with HIPAA, but I always tell my children never to discuss others in public because you never know who is listening. The situation in the video could have been so much worse if the office manager were not notified and taken care of the problem immediately?
What would be a good question to ask her?
