What will be the resulting deflection in inches

A boring bar 1 inch in diameter extends 2 inches from the tool post. When the bar is subjected to a machining force (applied at the end of the bar and perpendicular to the axis of the bar) it is observed to deflect .002 inches. If it is replaced by a boring bar 1 inches long and 0.5 inches in diameter, what will be the resulting deflection in inches under the same machining force?
