Part A
a) Provide an overview of your business (business plan): purpose of business; product(s)/service you will provide; customers you will serve; size of business; location; how does this fit into the current marketplace, and anything else you feel is relevant.
b) A mission statement, business goals and objectives.
Part B
Using your concept detail the following elements, aligning them with the course content:
a) Will any laws and/or regulations apply to your business? If no explain why, if yes explain what and how.
b) What barriers may you face?
c) Conduct a SWOT analysis and provide as an appendix to your paper.
d) What type of business will it be, why and what are the advantages/disadvantages of it? (i.e. sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation/type, other)?
e) What will be the businesses organization structure and why (include staffing, directing/report structure, types of management)?
f) What will you strive to achieve in your organizations culture and why?
g) What types of motivational theories/tactic/activities do you feel would best suit your business, and how and why would you implement them?
