What when a damaging witness is being examined

Problem:

Hanna Hanson, the chief trial lawyer for Hanson & Harding, asks paralegal James Jameson to accompany her to trial. When she arrives, she sees that the opposing counsel has two other lawyers with him. She tells James not to say anything that might reveal that he is a paralegal, not a lawyer because she doesn't want to appear to be "outgunned." Hanna seats James at the counsel table and introduces him as her associate." Has Hanna done anything wrong? What should James do? Hanna has a reputation for being a very zealous advocate. During the first day at trial, while the opposing counsel is making opening statements, she starts giggling and shaking her head. Later, when a damaging witness is being examined, she asks him what his IQ is and where he gets his clothes, both of which are not relevant to his testimony. Has Hanna done anything wrong? What do you think the judge should do? What should James do? What if Hanna makes face and rolls her eyes at James and giggles when the opposing counsel is talking?
