Case study on how IT has disrupted a business model. Use the internet to search out stories of major disruptions happening through the implementation of new IT services or technologies. Use the following Outline for the paper.
• Introduction. What is the industry, technology and company in the case study? In a few sentences, what was the disruption?
• The existing business model that was disrupted
• The IT technology that caused disruption. Who started it, how did it take effect? How did it impact the business model?
• What were the major changes to the industry after the disruption, and what did the disruption do to the companies involved.
