1) Briefly describe the case so that others who may not have access to the details of the case will be able to appreciate the issues. This could be a couple of paragraphs to over a page in length.
2) What were the issues/hazards noteworthy in this case? This should be at least a couple of paragraphs in length.
3) What OSHA standards/regulations were cited as violations in the case? Remember, in most cases these with be CFR 1926. This section could be a couple of paragraphs in length.
4) Describe OSHA's expectation(s) for the cited employer to abate the citation(s). This section could be several paragraphs to a full page or more, depending on the complexity of the case.
