A. Describe the experience in some detail. add a UML diagram specifying what was wrong in the software design and where the architect did not insulate the system from bugs, which caused constant software reviews.
B. Is there a software architecture present? If so, how would you evaluate it? If not, why do you think this did not occur? What architecture requirements would you apply to make it better?
C. Was the software being well documented? Did the code have good and understandable comments? Is there a software architecture being documented? What do you feel needs to be done to improve this?
D. Were the quality attributes satisfied? Justify your rationale. What were the implementation, testing, and evaluation plans? Were they effective? What changes would you implement?
E. What ethical and professional responsibilities are required in this situation? Were they met by the previous employee? What impact, if not met, could/did this have on consumers and stakeholders, however unintentional?
F. Since the best option for the development organization is to recognize and to take seriously the quality of its software architecture, present recommendations and priorities they should focus on.
