This lab is worth marks and is to be completed individually during your scheduled lab period.
A. Make a form that collects the following information using the appropriate HTML5 controls:
a. Name
b. Favorite color
B. Handle the form being submitted with JavaScript.
C. Add each name (with the font color as the favorite color specified) to an unordered list.
D. Store the entered name and color when the form is submitted and retrieve the stored information when the page is loaded with HTML5 web storage.
a. Experiment using the session and local storage.
E. Display the user's location coordinates using HTML5 Geolocation.
F. Research three HTML5 features not used in this lab and add them to your webpage.
Task
A. What is the difference between the session and local storage?
B. Copy and paste the latitude and longitude into Google Maps. How accurate is the location in Google Maps compared to where you currently are located?
C. What HTML5 features did you use and what purpose do they serve?
