Based on the above exercise and your role in the company that you helped develop, write a reflective report of 1500 words (+ or - 10%) that addresses the following:
1. What were the aims and objectives of your business? How did your team arrive at those objectives? Were they adequate, were you happy with the result or would you have liked to have included other objectives?
2. How well did your team work together and what lessons can be learned? In business it is normal to have to work in teams and it can be fraught with difficulties or it can be very rewarding. Reflect honestly on your experience, how the team worked together, how the roles developed, how effectively it met its objectives.
3. What theory and course related material did you use in the presentation, was it adequate, what else could you have included to add depth and understanding?
4. How well did the presentation go and what was the feedback - how could you and the team have improved its performance?
