Think of a process--it could be as simple as making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or changing a light bulb. Using Gliffy, create a flowchart for your process. What were some of your likes and dislikes of this software? Is there a program you prefer better? What is the purpose of diagramming a process and why is it important to have an understanding of this from a management perspective?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
