Problem
Conduct research on one of the following generational cohorts and explain, in a brief written submission (either text entry or MS Word upload) (either way is fine by me), the strengths that they (that gen cohort) may bring to the workplace. Be sure to cite the sources you used for your research. (Just give me an informal paragraph or two on that one cohort)
