Homework: Applied Business Research
For the first short paper homework, you are each to review a recently (within the past 3 years) published article from a peer-reviewed journal. The journal should be one listed on the ABDC journal list (link below). If you choose an article from a peer-reviewed journal not on the list, you must get approval first. You will submit a PowerPoint presentation with audio embedded (no more than five minues) and a one page Word document. The files must be in those formats only. PDF's and other media formats will not be accepted. You should focus on the following:
• What is the issue/topic?
• Why is it important? Who cares?
• What did the authors find in their research?
• What did you like about the research? What were potential flaws/shortcomings of the research?
• Propose your research that improves/expands upon what the authors did in this study.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
