The cause of patients decreased urinary stream, frequency, and itchiness in the groin area can be due to the followings:
• The patient has crab infection in the pubic hair, it can cause bladder infection and weaker sphincter muscle resulting in restrict normal urine flow.
• The patient may have weaker bladder muscle and not be able to empty bladder completely due to age related enlarged prostate. Enlarged prostate glands can cause uncomfortable urinary symptoms, such as blocking the flow of urine out of the bladder (Karso, L. 2020).
