You are assigned to read Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States, Chapter 12 titled, "The Empire and the People," and Howard Zinn & Anthony Arnove's, Voices of a People's History of the United States, Chapter 12 titled, "The Expansion of the Empire" respectively.
