Group Observation and Critique - Observe the 3 YouTube videos "GROUP COUNSELLING VIDEO #1", "GROUP COUNSELLING VIDEO #2" and "GROUP COUNSELLING VIDEO #4" posted below and pay close attention to how the leader manages the group. You need to critique the effectiveness of the group paying careful attention to the skills used by the leader to help the group accomplish its purpose. You may also comment on significant roles played by other participants of both a helpful and counterproductive nature. Comment on what you learned, what was done effectively by the leader and what, if anything, should have been done differently.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
