Discussion Post: Communication
In our course covers legal and ethical issues in social media. Pick a court case that involves social media and research it. Then answer the following questions:
a) What was the case about? Write a brief overview of the court case.
b) Which laws were considered broken? Describe which legal issues were brought into question.
c) Do you think the case violated any laws? Please explain why or why you did not agree with the court ruling.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
