Suppose you are a bank manager and manage two different locations. You are interested in assessing the wait time of customers at both banks. You are specifically interested in the lunch hour 12:00 to 1:00. You are trying out a new system in your banks that you hope will improve wait times. You would compare wait times with the old system and new system for each location. Write detailed report: Introduction- what you hope to find out through research. Data collection methods: What variables will be included, and collection methods used to obtain data. What is the population, sampling method used and why it is the best. Plan for data: describe what you will do with data once you have it, include types of graphs used and types of summary statistics you will want to include.
