The entry phase, contracting phase, and data-gathering phase can all contain a great deal of social interaction with clients and their employees. What types of things can you do to learn more about clients and their employees? There is not a right or wrong answer to this question. Be creative. Think about the types of things you could do before, during, and after meeting with the client. What could help you break the ice and get to the root of the problem you have been hired to solve?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
