4- She started out as IT technician and then she wants to computers analyst, so she is now support specialist so she just cogreast this position from other position when she stared working in 90's she didn't had to have a degree she just a good at it.
5- What do you like most about your job? What she likes in this job that she has many thinks to do, act with people, personal, interact with Hardware, Software, networking, and there is a lot of different factors that to make the job very interesting.
6- What don't you like about your job? She doesn't like Rebooting in computer and cords (cable) and all the different cables of that
