1) How is the role different for correctional counselors, probation officers, and social workers?
2) Are some people more suited for certain areas than others?
3) What types of people become case managers?
4) What official resources are available?
5) What types of knowledge bases are required for case managers?
6) Consider the resources available for case managers. Explore at least 3 of the following resources, and discuss how case managers might utilize them for support:
i. Case Management Society of America
ii. National Association of Social Workers
iii. American Psychological Association
iv. Various state correctional counseling associations
