Will you be entering into a nontraditional occupation for your gender?
Describe the process by which you decided to enter into that occupation. Did you consider the gender-type of the occupation at all (did it cross your mind), or do you think the gender aspect of your decision was somewhat unconscious?
What challenges or opportunities/advantages might you experience in that occupation because of your gender?
Why do you think it is that most men and women enter into occupations which are typical for their gender? How does this pattern persist?
