Problem
Hal and Frankie are next door neighbors, and they do not get along one bit! Frankie is always throwing wild parties that last until 3 a.m., and Hal is a businessman who has to leave for work at 5 a.m.! Frankie and his friends don't like Hal because Hal has made several noise complaints with the police department, and Hal thinks that Frankie is disrespectful. The two rarely speak, and when they do, it's not very pleasant!
Frankie is concerned about the conflict because he wants to have a small family party for Thanksgiving, but he's afraid that Hal will call the police on him! Frankie knows this party won't be out of control, but he doesn't know how he can convince Hal not to get upset.
