In this problem you will create a set of conflict guidelines (a Conflict Covenant) for a group project. Be sure to consider points such as division of duties, communication frequency between group members, timelines for work completion, and resolution of disagreements among group members.
These guidelines should outline the procedures you will follow in conflict situations, what type of comments members may and may not make, and so on.
