What type of anaylsis would be helpful to prevent bow-tie

Assignment task:

What other type of anaylsis would be helpful to prevent this situation other than a bow-tie analysis: § 7-1231.08 (a) states that an individual should not be administered a medication without their consent, and they must be aware of why it's being administered, the consequences, and the possible risks. After looking at the bow-tie analysis the factors that make it up include a hazard, top event, threat (that causes the top threat) and the consequences. The hazard includes something in the organization that can cause the damage is having a difficult patient who is a danger to themself or the people around them, they can also be the threat that causes the top event of administering the medication to the patient without letting them know. The patient is unaware of the risks. The consequences for this for the organization can lead to legal efforts being involved and the consequence for the patient is just being dosed without their knowledge and consent. As an HCO manager, the bow-tie analysis in this scenario would work the best because it's a diagram that can visualize what causes what and there are solutions as managers we can make by observing it.
