1) Consider the major business processes within your organization. What two or three processes would benefit the most from the introduction of real-time (or near real-time) data? What would these benefits be? Be sure to focus here on processes that currently are not conducted with the help of real-time data.
2) Pretend that you have been tasked with overhauling your organization's document management practices. What are the first two changes that you would make? Why are these changes a priority? What new tools would you need to introduce to the organization in order to effectively implement these changes?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
