Part I:

ii. Who is in your sphere of influence? In what areas do you have the power to make something better?
iii. How can you utilize your sphere of influence to create change?
Part IV:
Reflect on the five practices of exemplary leadership (Read article "5 Practices of Exemplary Leadership" By Barry Z. Posner) Identify which you believe to be your areas of strength and which practices you believe you need to develop.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
