Identify two important quality factors. Define those two factors and develop a quality plan. Include quality assurance methods for this project as well as how you would control it. What tools would you employ for each of the three quality processes, and how would you proceed to accomplish the three processes with those tools? Prepare a quality audit for this project, and fill up the quality audit with a few predictive data. Write a test and inspection plan for the pharmaceutical project. Choose at least three metrics that you would measure, track, and monitor during the progress of the project in terms of scope, performance, and value.
