Risk assessment and control have become an important part of project mangement, especially in execution, control and omplementation part of the project. If you can hearken back to the planning stage of the project, would you recommend that risk assessment become part of the project planning methodology ?
Please write a summary of your opinion considering the following :
1) What tools discussed in this chapter would you recommend to keep in risk management planning? How would you change them to use in the planning stage, if any?
2) What new tools would you use to add risk management to project planning, If any ?
3) How would you change the PERT or Gantt chart planning to account for project risk? Can you think of using a Six Sigma type of quality prediction to quantify risk?
