Assignment task: Peter is an 18 year old who lives in a share house with three friends. He called his parents and told them he had been experimenting with heroin and was concerned that he had taken too much. He sounded confused and his breathing was laboured. Peter's parents were concerned and called an ambulance. On arrival at Peter's house the paramedics confirmed that Peter's symptoms were consistent with a heroin overdose and they found a needle puncture mark where Peter had injected the heroin.
