Discussion Post: Building Meaningfulness in the Workplace
Discuss five ways to build a sense of meaningfulness within the workplace: 1. Creating a non-cynical climate, 2. Clearly identifying passions, 3. Crafting an exciting vision, 4. Making your tasks more relevant, and 5. Negotiating for whole tasks. Include references from:

o How does your sense of cynicism or those around you with this attitude influence your work productivity?
o Articulate a vision you have for your job (current or most recent).
o What does your vision look like?
o Describe how it would feel to accomplish this vision?
o What times during the day are you most creative?
o What types of tasks could you do during this time that will help you reach your vision?
o What, if any tasks can be eliminated or revised?
