In this module we covered the difficult task of interviewing families and the case management of difficult situations. For those of you in the field, think of a family you have found difficulty in working with in your job duties:
• Briefly describe the situation.
• Briefly describe how you handled the situation.
• Looking at the chapters covered in this module, what things did you specifically do that was endorsed by the literature?
• Looking at the chapters covered in this module, what things did you notice DID NOT HELP you as it is NOT considered best practice?
• In hindsight, what things would you have done differently with a different family, if you are in a similar situation?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
