TEAM PROJECT REFLECTION PAPER (10% of project grade)

Each individual team member will turn in a personal reflection paper (one per personNOT one per team), 2-3 pages in length, discussing what they learned about themselves while working on their team project.  The reflection paper should incorporate the following components:1) What you learned about yourself2) Application of two class theories to what you learned (make sure to explain, cite,
and apply the theory appropriately).3) What you would do differently (if anything) if you had the chance to do it again and why

The format of the paper should be:1) Double-spaced2) 12 point, Times Roman font3) 1 inch margins all the way around4) Reference page of sources citedThe grading rubric is as follows:Did you properly explain the theories? (2 points)Did you appropriately apply the theories (i.e., demonstrating an accurate understanding of the theory)? (4 points)Did you cite the theory (2 points)Did you discuss what you learned about yourself and did you address what you would do differently and why? (3 points)Is the paper formatted correctly? (2 points)Is your paper written clearly, easy to read and understand, free of grammar and sentence structure errors, and typos? 

I was volunteer for walk for end of Alzheimer I am attaching what I did:

Below you will find a detailed confirmation of your volunteer assignment. In addition, a comprehensive Walk Day Information Packet is attached, which includes volunteer instructions, program details and an event festivities/route diagram. Please review this information carefully to ensure a successful walk day experience. We are so pleased that you will be joining us this year!

  • Assignment:      Trial Match Volunteer at the Alzheimer's Association Tent and Festivities Area

  • Shift Times:        7:30 am - 12:00 pm* 

  • Duties:                 Roam the festivities  areas and on the route in teams of two at the main event site collecting advocacy card signatures and asking walkers to sign up to learn more about Trail Match.  Volunteers at this Walk will ask other Walkers to sign advocacy postcards to Congress. These postcards are both an important way of showing our Members of Congress how many people in their district care about Alzheimer's, and are how we find and recruit new members for our Congressional Teams! Please watch the  Trial Match Training Video
