Problem
Now that you have a basic idea of what rights are listed in the Constitution, think about something that you would like to add. Was there anything that seemed missing? What there anything that might help secure the other rights already mentioned? Does something about today's world would need a new right?
If you have an idea of what you would add, describe what that would be, and why it is needed. When writing your amendment, try and match the style of the other amendments to the Constitution.
If you think there needs to be no other rights, what makes you think that is the case? When you look at other student's suggestions what makes you think those right may not be necessary? If you think there does not need to be any more amendments, explain your reasoning and why you think the rights already guaranteed is sufficient.
