Problem: Client talked about several updates since our last session. Client mentioned that their eating and sleeping have been good, and that their medications are working well. Client also had to stay in the hospital overnight several weeks because of a urinary tract infection (UTI). Client expressed that this hospitalization and their medical condition have increased their worry, stress, and sadness, making it difficult for her to enjoy her usual activities.
