This time you will create a two- or three-paragraph memo to the entire company stating what the original problem was with Henry Stewarts' landscapeespecially the dead Koi. After a thorough investigation by you, it was evident the problem was created by the unusual amount of business and the lack of time to properly train new employees as well as a language gap between the field manager and the new employees.
