Presentation to the Board of Directors
The board of directors have requested that you present the findings of your QI work. Specifically, they want to see your data presented in an easy to interpret dashboard report. In addition to the data dashboard, they have asked you to deliver a 5-minute presentation. This is a big deal and involves high-profile stakeholders. This is your opportunity to impress them with your hard work.

Initial Post
In your initial post, do the following:
Develop a dashboard summary of the QI case study data suitable for the board of directors to review.
You may use the software of your choice to do so. Excel is suggested as a reasonable choice. Be sure to select something that others will be able to open without downloading additional software.
When you are finished, attach this file to the appropriate discussion board.
Provide a brief presentation for the board to accompany the dashboard summary. Attach this file or a link to it to the same post as your dashboard summary, so both files are in one place. In your presentation, include the following:
An overview of the QI Case Study, to familiarize the board with the issues and scope of the problem.
The statement of the problem. (Hint: Revisit Lesson 1, making any modifications to your initial statement, now that you have a more complete picture of the problem).
A discussion patterns identified in your study of the case.
What the organization should strive for as a final goal for medication administration.
How the organization compares to other organizations
What the data suggests about the quality of care, as it relates to medication administration.
The actions you recommend should be taken to correct the problem.
The staff that will be involved in the correction, and how will you communicate the plan with them.
