What are the fundamental differences between the Buddhist concept of "Not-Self "and Socrates' emphasis on the Soul? Are there any ways to reconcile these differences? Imagine what the Buddha would say to Socrates re: his belief in the "soul"? You can consider one or more of these philosophers understanding of knowledge, ignorance, freedom and enslavement.
