After watching "Aftershock: Beyond the Civil War."
(This is available through the Ellis Library web site ) answer these 2 questions
1. Why was it so difficult for southerners, black and white, to live in peace after the Civil War?
2. What surprised you most about what you learn from the documentary? Be specific--identify the events and the individuals involved.
